About The Franchise Owners

Thanh holds degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering, and Tu holds a Bachelor of Arts. Together, they bring a thoughtful, structured approach to leadership rooted in education, family, and community impact.

Before joining ONESource, they co-founded and operated a Montessori-integrated kindergarten for more than seven years, built on principles of respect, independence, and holistic development. That experience continues to shape how they serve families today.
